Don't wear a Patriots jersey in Reliant Stadium!

We're from New England but have been in Texas since '95. My wife is a NFL fan-atic and her favorite is Wes Welker (since 54 retired). So when the Patriots play she roots for them when the Texans are on the field she hollers just as loud. When they're playing each other it's "Houston we have a problem!"

I bought her this jersey for a surprise. My company has an executive box at the Texans' stadium and I obtained 2 tickets for the Jan 3rd Texans vs. Patriots game. She wore the jersey (looks pretty good in it too!). She got some questionable glances from the locals but all in all Texans are very polite.

Adorable soft plush fleece jacket

I got this jacket in a black size large. I normally wear a medium or large depending on the style of the jacket. I'm 5'5 waist 33 inches hips 37 inches. The length of the jacket in the back is 24 inches (I know this information would have been helpful in the product description). I like the lycra type panels (about 3 1/2 inches wide) along the sides of the jacket and halfway down the back side of the arm. The panel is the same color as the jacket so it's not noticeable. The lycra makes it a lot more comfortable during exercise or just wearing it around town. I wouldn't say this a form fitting jacket but fitted enough to be flattering. Beware of the Irregular fit of this coat. I hope my review helps you.

The fitting of this coat feels like it was meant to be sold as an irregular however the price was high end. I paid $189.00. The sleaves are over 2 inches too long so I have to fold them. The arms and bust of this coat is a snug fit for a size large. The snaps easily come undone when I bend or sit down and I can feel the coat twist when I walk. If you are thinking on purchasing this coat keep in mind I am 5'6" size 10 with a 34D cup and the large is snug on me. I hope that helps you. The only thing I would change is putting a zipper on the hidden pocket instead of a snap. Otherwise I love this jacket. I like the way the hood rolls up outside the collar (very sporty looking). Tan lining is very pretty (tan on tan print). Jacket is waist length and a little fuller cut at the waist with an elastic drawstring. Love the 2 zippered pockets. More detail ...

Great Feminine Jacket!

I just received this jacket yesterday and was very impressed. I like the fact that it has a removeable hood and media pocket. I looked at The North Face which charged more for a similar Tri-Climate jacket but it did not have these features. The dual zipper for the removeable fleece seemed tricky at first but I made sure to figure it out before actually wearing (and I finally did). The cut is perfect and I also like that it is not bulky and sleeves of the fleece snap onto the parka. Now it's time to buy a Columbia hat gloves and scarf to match! :-)More detail ...

Why Goretex if you can buy this?

Awesome SUPER light jacket and very pretty. Make sure to look at size measurements..overall the sizes are smaller than other brands..normally I'm a S or M but here I needed a L. Pockets are further back than normal. The snuggle fit is good for scooter riding hiking rafting or just walking in the rain. Why spent more then triple for a gore-tex when this does the job to keep you dry and is even lighter! More detail ...

Great jacket

Just got this jacket today and I can tell it will be very useful. Very well constructed the "bluebird" color is lovely and it's incredibly thin and light. Seems like it will hold up well to rain and wind though. It's also a very fitted jacket which is a nice alternative to wind jackets that look like trash bags. However because of that it's also little smaller than I had imagined. It does fit very well but I couldn't fit any big sweaters or sweatshirts underneath. If you plan to wear this with a bunch of layers go one size up. Otherwise this is a fabulous rain/wind jacket for your basic hiking/outdoorsy needs and from a very reliable brand. More detail ...
